Dr Murphy is always on time and very friendly professional. All the staff is super friendly and professional as well.
It is very fast paced and over booked. Checking in is also a rushed experience. It takes at least 6 months to get an appointment. I feel like I don't get a calm moment with the doctor. It’s one of the few derms that take my insurance.
Excellent care. After removing the skin cancer the site and scar are nearly invisible after 5 weeks.
Dr. Murphy is highly qualified, and a super doc. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
They were very much on schedule with the appointment. Kristen spent the time to explain what to expect during the appointment. Everyone was very friendly. They were able to get all of the cancer on the first cut. Since it was on my ear, it was necessary to do a skin graft from my neck. They were also very thorough in explaining how to take care of both wounds. They even asked my wife to come back to make sure we both understood.
