there is absolutely no professionalism in the ER department. i took my son in due to an allergic reaction his nurse came in really didn’t care to know what was going on and said “cute kid” and left. after being seen by a PA they decided to give him a steroid, his nurse came in gave him the steroid, didn’t go over the side effects with me or anything just basically here have him take this and left. now imagine the absolute panic of waking up and your child is soaked with puke aswell as his crib, he’s dry heaving and puking al... read more
This has to be the worst ER and Hospital in PA. Staff is rude, nursing staff are way too important to deal with patients. Every staff member is just sitting on their phones while patients are waiting, place needs knocked down for more helipads to get to Pittsburgh! Next time I will just try a veterinarian for help and be better off.
Horrible place. They don’t do nothing for you. My 7 month old hit her head and we been here for 4hrs and haven’t been seen. We complained 3 times and all we get is “I’ll tell your nurse” don’t come here unless you just wanna sit and wait. Nothing gets done here.
This hospital is the worst hospital in the world . They honestly don’t do anything. The nurses will honestly talk about you as well and like they’ll mess around and think everything is a joke and it’s really not.
