Incredibly awful hospital. Truly don’t know how they’re still operational. Expect to sit in the waiting room for three plus hours. And once they finally do take you back expect to sit there even longer. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else
I went in there with a crisis. Do you know how they "helped" me? They called CYF. That is their way of helping. They have 0 compassion. They do not care. They are rude. They are nkt there for the patients. Luckily, I dont mind CYF. They are good people who actually do care. And CYF is no harm to me. But that wasn't why the call was made. It was because I was judged and profiled. The place needs good people with good hearts. Really.
Everyone who treated me at the IRMC emergency room was very kind and helpful.
