I am giving a 5 because of Donna, my doctor. She was excellent and I couldn’t be more thankful to have met her today and the help she gave me.
I understand that everyone’s experience is different. My personal experience was gynecological related and the nurses, doctor, ultrasound tech was great. I have pretty severe PTSD and they were so comforting and accommodating. It didn’t take long for them to find results and the doctor took time to listen to my concerns and even though the ER was busy, I was seen quickly by the tech and doctor. I was also discharged quickly once the doctor said I was free to go.
I'm not very happy with this place. I'm here with my friend who is here because of his congestive heart failure that has gotten rapidly worse over the past 24 hours. We have sat IN THE HALLWAY FOR 5 HOURS NOW. The doctor has told us that my friend will not be admitted. He's not bad enough. I was like,'He's been here before and is is considerably worse than last time, WHEN THEY PROMPTLY ADMITTED HIM'. Nope. The doctor stood his ground and is sending him home. Fell off ladder, foot (by toes), behind knee, and stomach. 1. Not a single person ever looked at my foot (it was covered my a sock) or touched my stomach or leg. Ever. 2. I got X-rays before I went to a room. Even though I told them multiple times it's not my ankle, when I saw the lab results online it says they just scanned my ankle and nothing was wrong expect a spur. I went to ER on May 26th 2024 with kidney stones and blood in my urine and just got discharged on May 25th from the 6th floor and diagnosed with diabetes had a sugar level of 902 we're it's exposed to be between 75 and a 100 was seen in the ER for kidney stones and while I was the hospital was also having the blood urine my rbc was at 50 and the MRI and cat proved I had 2 in my left kidney and Dr tomactuz never looked at anything his student Dr changed all my answers to no that I answered yes to and told me there was nothing... read more
