Absolutely horrible. Their staff has zero listening comprehension skills whatsoever And don’t listen to what you’re telling them. I had to go in to get a prescription for insulin due to a lapse in coverage. That’s not the problem. The problem is then prescribing me the wrong thing. Good thing this is only a life sustaining medication. Seriously do better
The nurses in this place treated my friend with second degree burns from boiling hot oil like she was less than for needing pain relief. She was told to calm down because there were more "real" emergencies that were prioritized. She was there for an hour and 15 mins before being medicated & they didnt wash her wound, didnt use gloves, and didnt even treat one of her burns. this place is a joke.
Just wanted to thank ALL of the staff at the ER for saving me from anaphylaxis yesterday. Special thanks to the PA Megan who recognized what was happening and abruptly intervened. She was compassionate & knowledgable and I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you again to all of the staff who were involved yesterday.
