Untrustworthy, poor workmanship. Poured concrete pad, one section 3" out of square other 6" out of square, basic stuff. In addition, because the pad is not square, the metal does not fit onto the 2" lip as designed and water gets into the garage. Reached out to Joe numerous times and no response, took my money and ran.
