I actually worked in a house with a bunch of kids .They ran that house like a trap house and when someone else comes in who really cares about the people in there group homes they run you away including the supervisor.I actually got rushed to the hospital and before I even woke up to inform the supervisor I got an email saying that I had been taken off the schedule when I was actually one of the better workers there.Very unprofessional I’m definitely contacting the state about the issues that I saw which most was clearly aga... read more
awful place, they are so unorganized.
Very difficult to get a call back. They do t communicate very well with family members or Case Managers. Very irresponsible and not professional at all. Family’s need help not frustration.
I was told there was incentive program going on that if you kept a kid for 30 days there was a $500 bonus. Never received it and every time I ask about about it I get the same answer. Friday. It's not about the money at all I just don't appreciate beingied too.
