He was my mother’s primary care physician. He dismissed my concerns about my mother’s forgetfulness and gullibility, which she normally wasn’t. Shortly after that she was diagnosed with dementia. My mom was disabled and didn’t drive, but they never addressed concerns over the phone. They always made her come in. She passed away over two years ago and she just received a letter from Dr. Dave’s office that he is leaving the practice. The letter talked about upcoming appointments.
