Thank you, Dr Mishra, for stabilizing my son. A prominent pediatric neurologist and two other child psychiatrists were unable to keep him out of the hospital and in school. He has been suffering with symptoms since he was 4 years old, and while all doctors agreed, there are definitely chemical/organic issues, they weren't able to stabilize him, in spite of 3 years of treatment. Doctors and therapists are wonderful. Front office staff, Accounting staff and Management is terrible. I can't say enough great things about my doctors here but the support staff for them is the worst I've experienced. Most are very rude and not patient friendly. Office Manager is a completely rude and awful person. Never seen this level of professionalism in such an upscale office before. I truly hope the organization's partners take care of it.
One star is an over statement. I had to call for script refill and was charged $15. What's next - charging to read a magazine in the lobby? Walked away from my appointment and had the glass appointment window slammed in my face. Also, first practice I have ever been to that requires a $100 deposit before the first appointment. Stay far, far away from these vultures. A word of advice to this practice: patients are also customers and we can walk away anytime.
Ive been coming to indiana health group for about 3 months everything is first rate the building is very nice and modern looking service has been excellent my doctor im seeing is dr sipes he is great he helps me with all of my issues i would recomend indiana health group to everybody that i know easily rated 5 stars
Wonderful Staff - Great Doctors. Great with Children. Never have had an issue!
