Jeremy Roark was an excellent help. He answered all of our questions and let us have as much space and time as we needed. He didn’t push on us and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the furniture. We ended up getting a FlexSteel Sectional. We look forward to seeing our custom made couch.
Gary has been our furniture guy for years! We just got a new mattress today with him! He is patient and so knowledgeable. Never pushes you into anything. We are lifetime customers of his and Indiana furniture!

Kendra was a stellar sales associate that helped us every step of the way, I was able to pay for half the couch upfront during order and the other half when they called to set up delivery. I came into Indiana Furniture just browsing for a new sectional. Andrew greeted me at the door. We chatted for a bit about what I was looking for and he showed me a few pieces. When I picked out the one I liked the most, he got all of my information and I left the store. He never hassled me about purchasing something right then.
