Absolutely terrible customer service. Out of the years I’ve worked in customer service I have NEVER spoken to anyone the way they speak to their customers. This company is a disaster waiting to happen and I recommend you go elsewhere for any business you have.
They are ridiculous on interest rates it is like they take advantage of people that don't have good credit. They are very pushy and don't want to work with people. They are only out for theirselves. They seem to like bothering people even if they're at work. They're kind of like vultures. I am not happy with the experience someone has had with them
