Used to be the best service ever, for over a decade I told any agent that solicited me, there is no way to replace the best! The service is terrible, no follow up, do not know how to quote any more, rude, will cost you huge expenses due to their over sight. Seriously this business needs to be closed, replace everyone and start all over. I have been with Farm Bureau Insurance since 1972. I would not consider any other insurer regardless of price. They have always been fair and honest with me through good times and bad. The people here make me feel like family. My agent Mark Hardesty has always kept me well informed and has gone out of his way to find ways to save me money. Aniquated on software, never returns calls, can't get any answers from home office in twenty years, should sell out to State Farm.

I have been with this company for about 22 years now. I have my insurance with everything through them My cars, my home, my business.
