Ryan Defrost disappointed my boyfriend and I he bluntly ignored us after multiple times of contacting him he would either read my message and not respond or just leave me on delivered and the time I did hear from him he told me he was in meetings all morning, and that he would look at it in the afternoon and get back with me. Truly a horrible company. All they want to do is put on extra charges after you have to pay to be a member. They are now charging you to pay with a credit card, add that on all they other fake charges, fees and this company is racking it in. I have been with them since 94 and they have completely lost faith them as a company.
Absolute garbage people. Waited 3 hours for roadside assistance that never came. Canceled my insurance that day and switched to Progressive they still charged me for the next month's premium and have ignored my calls. Avoid this office at all costs.
I am not the one to write reviews ,but I wanted to truly show recognition and appreciation for my car insurance agent , Christian. He has been incredibly patient, helpful , understanding, and VERY communicative during my inconveniences with the BMV for my SR-22. I have never had such an amazing agent that has gone above and beyond to help !
