After the very kind agent had us transfer our ins. another staff person came to the home to take pictures and I quote, "Thought the man was rude and hiding something and we are refusing you service." You mean you spoke to my adult, special needs, TBI son, not realizing that's what happens to their affect after brain trauma and you're withholding services???? Ouch. Staff were fairly rude, almost seemed reluctant to accept new customers. Very odd. Oh well, enough options, moving on to so.eone I can trust.
