Indiana eye specialist is the absolute worst!! I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional employees in my life! My husband went at the end of January to have is eyes checked ended up needing glasses paid for and ordered that day, when we picked the up 2 weeks later after having to call to find out the glasses were ready informed they were not right only to be screamed at and told he needs to just get use to them, okay Okay he tried to wear them for two weeks still couldn’t see out of them return for them to tell us th... read more
I wouldn't recommend to anyone when they refused to give the prescription for glasses to a customer.......... & now for a second opinion!
The staff I had contact with were rude. The staff were hateful to each other as I sat out in the waiting room and listened to them bicker back and forth. Extremely disappointed. Will not recommend and will not return
