Showed up for my appointment back on 08/2025 to find the office staff cancelled my apt due to them not having my referral (however, couldn't make the any apt without it). I personally faxed over the referral to make the apt to begin with. Waited around to get seen for symptoms I no longer had. Doc saw me for 2 minutes, didn't do anything, then charged my Insurance $613 for the visit and just sent me a bill for the $25 copay which I paid in protest.....seriously????
A quick “glance up my nose,” which was presented as a routine part of an ENT visit, resulted in a $400 bill for a separate, “in-office SURGICAL procedure.” I left the office with no answers or treatment plan (except for pressure to schedule a head CT).
Went in for the hearing test and had "tinnitus in left ear" marked in my notes. Dr.Ventrapragada "prescribed" Zyrtec for 30 days and that I come back for a head CT if it doesn't clear up. (As if that's possible?) Absolute waste of copay but at least the lady at the front desk was nice.
What a great experience had with Dr V and Office Manager Bridget! They both were kind, patient, professional, and empathetic throughout our office visit that I had to acknowledge. I always say that if you don’t like talking to people, then working around people isn’t for you. Bridget definitely understood the “assignment” and demonstrated so with grace! Continue providing that exceptional customer service and leading your team to do the same. Continued Blessings!!!
Dr. Gulati recognized I had breathing blockages in both sinuses within minutes of seeing him for the first time. I had no idea the severity of my blockages. I grew use to living that way. I am a senior citizen. I can now breathe properly for the first time in my life. He is so kind and gentle. He could put anyone at ease quickly. He is an amazing surgeon with a great staff.
