I am going to send a certified letter to Governor Holcomb's office to ask for an inquiry into Stephen Robertson's office and practices. The insurance commissioner is appointed by the Governor. The governor will be losing an untold number of votes considering the vast number of complaints the the Insurance commissioner receives in a year. Best bet is to file your complaint with the governors office to let him know about Mr. Robertson's inept office.

Five Stars! I have worked with the IDOI on several issues. It is important, especially in regards to some of the past reviews. That you look at the scope of authority that the IDOI has. They can't act as your lawyer, and they outline their full capability on their website prior to filing a complaint. I believe that the IDOI continuously works within their scope of authority to maximum efficiency.

This department should get a thorough investigation. I have proof that Ambetter insurance was wrong in denying care. Lazy Tracy Perry did not even ask for my proof before closing my case. I guess they want to be sure the insurance company remains in the clear. Tracy do your job or resigne. There is someone who could use a job that cares. Don't bother filing a complaint against an insurance company. They side with the insurance company even if you can provide evidence the insurance was wrong for denying care. I have been highly impressed with my interactions with this State's DOI. In my line of work I interact with a number of states but Indiana has always been one of the best. I can always get someone who is not only knowledgeable about the questions I may have but often take more ownership then what is required to be helpful. Returning calls and emails and have been very helpful. Mrs Ware and her team have been great to work with. Thank you!
