The Staff at the Indiana VA Clinic are outstanding. The most important factor in any Office is the front Staff in my opinion. I base everyone else on how I'm greeted at the front desk, if they're friendly, courteous, and helpful, i assume everyone else, Doctors, Nurse's, Lab Technicians, etc. will treat me with the same respect and dignity, and at the Indiana VA Clinic, they absolutely do meet that criteria. Wonderful clinic with friendly, professional staff. I'm very impressed with their care and grateful to have a VA clinic in Indiana!
My first visit was phenomenal here! The staff really takes care of you. I was able to get all of my concerns addressed and appointments for referrals, medication and more. I’m really impressed and greatly to have the VA.
