I've been having mammograms here for years and was very happy with the Doctor and staff. , However I was due in November and was told they were not located there anymore and were opening a new center in January 2017. It is March 20th and they have still not opened. I won't be going there anymore. I will find a new place. They didn't even inform their patients they were leaving. Unprofessional
I have been seeing Dr. Rosencrans for a few years now. She is very knowledgeable and meticulous. She speaks in layman's terms and I have never felt rushed. My last mammo showed a lump and so I got an ultrasound in the same visit. She decided I needed a biopsy and didn't wait. Scheduled it for the very next day. Thankfully, it was nothing to be concerned about. As soon as she got the results she called me. It was less than 48 hours. Her staff is friendly, kind and caring. I recommend Indiana Breast Center to everyone.
I would suggest any woman needing a mammogram to NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! My Ob/gyn referred me to this place because I had never had a mammogram before. So I went and had my ROUTINE, FIRST EVER mammogram. They told me something showed up and that I needed an ultrasound. No problem. I had the ultrasound done immediately right there in the office within minutes. According to Dr. Rosencranz, there was something there that she didn't know what it was and it needed to be biopsied.
