Matt from IBBA South Bend is the best! He came and did our inspection and also did the heat treatment. He was very informative and friendly.
We’ve been with IBBA for years after our first heat treatment and love them! We’ve kept the preventative treatment every 3 months since our heat treatment and have never had any issues. The office is always so nice, the techs always go out of their way to make sure we don’t have any concerns, and it’s worth every penny. We had Nick as our tech today and always look forward to seeing him!!
Been a customer for years, and always have a great experience. We've been getting the preventative spray ever since we had heat treatment around 3/4 years ago, and the peace of mind is well worth it. Can't ever see myself going to anyone else! BTW: Every time we have Nick D, the experience is even better. Very friendly and polite; he always goes above and beyond, he's our favorite! :)
Nick did a great job. Couldn’t ask for a better service tech.
Very personable, and did a great job!
