My current psychiatrist is closing her practice and moving out of the area. She recommended Dr. Chenik to me. I just had my first appointment with him. I feel like he listened to me and cares. There was no receptionist, so Dr. Chenik answers his own phone and makes appointments himself. I liked that. I can reach him when I need him and don't need to leave messages with clerical staff.
I called Dr Chenik on a Thursday(he answered his own phone) and saw me for a hour on Sunday. I do not believe that in my entire adult life I've ever met a doctor that answered his own phone or made appointments on a Suday. This is an excellent psychiatrist.
Becky Chenik. is wonderful! she makes me feel comfortable and open to talk about my life. I have never had such a great therapist. I recomend her to anyone who wants to open up to someone who is truly trustworthy.
Dr. Chenik has been my Doctor for 7 months now. He is very thoughtfull about my concerns and listens to me on how I am feeling. I went from severe anxiety to feeling a hell of a lot better because of him actually "helping" me instead of treating me like a prozac patient. I never have a problem getting an office visit or talking to him on the phone. Excellent Psychiatrist.
Becky Chenik is a caring therapist who really listened to me. She helped me through a very difficult period of my life. I highly recommend her.
