My father has lived in Indian Village MHP since 1975, he is 77 years old and a retired disabled American Vereran. Since Theresa has taken over as park manager the place is ran just like a Nazi camp (as another renter stated it) The rules seem to be made up as they go. In the 38 years he has lived he has never received any sort of warning or notification of any kind until Theresa C.took over as park manager.. I have been the manger here now for almost 3 years and I live on site. This is a really nice park. 203 lots . and a lot of wonderful people. Sad people use fake Ids to make comments. Swimming pool that the children fill up every summer. It is great hearing the laughter after the winter months. Stop an see us. and become one of the wonderful families we have here.
This Mobile Home Park has turned into a Camp. No this and no that but continue to pay your taxes on this land. No cats or dogs to be outside of your home after some organizations have spent thousands of dollars to have the population of cats halted. They are fixed!! No one is aloud to have dog protection over 20 lbs even if youve been broken into and are elderly and have had the dog before 2004. We have lived here for 11 months. So far so good... The main problems we have run into is the stray cats that love to tear up our garbage and use our flower bed as a litter box. We also have had problems with the neighbor kids sneeking out in the middle of the night getting into other people s vehicles that are not locked. We have noticed that the curfew is not enforced like it says in the Handbook. We have not had a problem with the manager or her husband.. They seem like friendly people. Very nice place to live,been here 2 yrs and 7 months. Love the Pool, recreational field to walk my dog, Community Room I rented small fee for Easter Dinner for my family that lives out of state. Great country setting. Flower contests you can win money, Summer Community cook out to get to know your neighbors. Love it here.. Come and check it out. Some times free rent. www.pmsc1.com
I lived in the park for years, and its time for a change. The place is run like a Natzi camp. The water is the worst in the county. DONT DRINK THE WATER!!! If you have a dog, beware. Management can make you get rid of it at any time even though you pay extra for it monthly. Other residents get to decide if you can keep it. It cant bark even though there are 200 cats running around. Try telling your dog that. If your looking for a trailer, there are many of them up for sale.
I purchased a mobile home in February of 2011 in Indian Village Mobile Home Park. I was misled on every aspect of the home details. I was assured that everything worked in the home, when in fact, the only thing that worked was the furnace and refrigerator. I have spent thousands trying to make this home livable. OMG! This place is going CRAZY! My Mom lives next to a stoned boned IDIOT! He has threatened people with guns and bodily harm. He has 2 dogs and squatters living in his place. He lets his dogS out without being tied and now people are window peeking on an elderly woman. This place is for the birds. Someone posted that the place looks so much better? The trees are gone!
