I had a great experience at this dental office. There was no wait time, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The dentist did a very thorough evaluation and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office is brand new with up-to-date equipment, which made the whole visit feel very modern and efficient. I also had no issues with insurance billing, which made the process even smoother. Highly recommend!
Great experience. Love my dentist! My hygienist, Grace, did a fantastic job. She is a deft tactician when it comes to using that water pick device. I’ve experienced discomfort in the past but this time I was pain-free. Everyone at Indian Trail Dental Studio is personable, cordial, and friendly. They do great work!
Everyone was so kind and organized. Even with my super sensitive teeth, they made sure I wasn’t in pain during the cleaning. Also they have a TV where I can watch Netflix for distraction. Found my new dentist!
