The entire staff treated my sweet Tillie with love and compassion! And, Dr Armstrong saved her life this week! He was genuinely worried for her and excited when she improved! They worked her in when she took a turn for the worst and didn't even mention that it might have thrown them off schedule for the day! Without Dr Armstrong and the entire staff, I can honestly say Tillie would not be with us today!
Update: Recently, I had to put down my senior cat. Dr. Kuhn and the staff at Indian Trail was so supportive and caring during what was an extremely emotional situation. This has cemented my loyalty. I've been bringing our pitbull, Lila, to Indian Trail Animal Hospital for two years. Everybody we have dealt with is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Kuhn has been wonderful to work with. I recommend you guys to everybody who is looking for a vet!
As a retired vet tech I can say this is one of the greatest vet clinics I have ever been to! It's clean, all the staff from reception to the vets are kind, caring and very knowledgeable. And they are a busy thriving clinic yet they always make time to see my pets when I'm panicking! Super amazing!!
I just want to say thank you! Every single employee went above and beyond to make my little pup Piper feel at home. Everyone was extremely kind and caring. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else now. She almost didn't even want to leave because she was getting so much attention! Thanks again, you guys are amazing :)
You are there any and every time we need you. I would trust no one else with our babies and you give something most people and places lack today, humanity. God Bless you all
