Alex was great during the quoting process, answered questions, always responded promptly, and the pricing was especially competitive. We had no heat on a 20 degree evening and called Indian Trail Heating & Air after 6. Lucky for us they still had a tech on call and in our area. In no time we had the tech at the house repairing our system. Great tech who checked back with us the next day! Highly recommend this company.
I had a Heat pump put in during the early summer of 2023 due to someone incorrectly routing the hoses on the one that came with the home, which was built in 2010. The Techs that came out and installed the unit were courteous, professional, and timely in their install. Since then we had a few issues with the unit itself, but all I had to do was reach out and someone was willing to come out and take care of the issue.
