Had a great experience with Indian Trail air& heat. The 3 technicians that replaced my hvac unit were professional and had the unit replaced in 1 day. They previously serviced my old unit and will continue to service the new unit.
I wanted honest service, just service of our two systems prior to the heating season; and, that's all I got! Really... good service where the technician listened to me! Didn't push a new system; he serviced my systems, checked electronics, looked for potential issues, observed operation sequences and explained what he saw in the units. Right now everything is okay, newer system okay... older system is still okay! He helped clean the heat exchanger, which wasn't bad, cracked, or currently needing replaced.
