RecommendedAll the staff is kind and very friendly! Dr Z always takes his time and will answer any questions/concerns. Yadi loves them too!
After being told over the phone that our payments would be made on date of visit they turned around and tried to charge us $200 for enrollment fees after having our dogs on the plans for years. They have no idea of dignity and are just trying to get one over on anyone they can.
Avoid them at all costs. Terrible customer service and untrained staff.
We recently moved to Palm City from CT, and the drastic weather changes my dog has been going to have really taken a toll on him. When I walked into Indian Street Animal Clinic I couldn’t help but feel the stress lessen off my shoulders with how friendly the staff was and how they instantly treated my wild and crazy 2 y/o yellow lab with so much kindness.
