I have been doing business there for 10 years. It to me looks like a gift shop instead of a DMV. When I went in there yesterday I was informed that I had to have an appointment. I get it however what happened to first come first serve? I will be taking my business to the 71st out by walmart from now on.
Very unfriendly people. Upon arrival, and stating that I needed to renew my driver's license please, I was very coldly asked if I had an appointment. I have never heard of needing an appointment to renew a dl. I left, not because I minded waiting, but because I preferred to wait at a place where individuals are treated with respect. I found such a place just down the street.
RecommendedThe women here are so nice and work so hard to get everything taken care of. They went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I was able to leave with what I needed the same day. 110% recommend!
They state that they are open on Saturdays until noon. However, after my son passed his driving test, we went to their tag agency and got there at 11:46. They didn’t have a line waiting and as soon as I opened the door they told me they were closed! I asked why it says noon on the door and then and the lady replied that “the state shuts down their computers at 11:45.” That statement, come to find out, was a complete LIE! Always been spot on with fees (sometimes I don’t trust the other tag locations). Also usually polite and friendly (which there again can be hard to come by with the others)

Put my title on hold for a minor wording issue, months later still can’t get it resolved, now it’s stuck in DMV limbo... can’t get the title without the title
I just watched a young lady and her autistic son stand in line for an hour. When she finally got up to the counter the lady told her that she had to go stand in a different line. The young lady then smiled and walked into the other line. The lady behind the counter then replied, "the camera and everything's down there I think it's pretty obvious." It was the rudest thing I have ever witnessed. I would also like to point out that it was 100% not obvious.
