RecommendedI’ve lived here since February 2020 and the maintenance staff are courteous and professional with each work order. The few we have had since I’ve been here, they have been super respectful and done in a timely manner. The grounds and pool are very well kept. Thank you to all of the Indian Run staff for making this place a great one to live at.

Great maintenance team. My a/c went out and they were here in 30 minutes.
I lived here at Indian Run for 10 years. I never had any problems. Lacy(manager) is a great person and a fantastic property manager. She was quick to acknowledge and take care of any maintenance issues ( which were minor)that I may have had and quickly responded by having maintenance over in a very timely manner. She kept the property looking good at all times by having the grounds maintained on a weekly basis and having the pool cleaned daily. This was/is the nicest and cleanest pool in town (Thanks David). There was a peeping Tom last night caught staring at a 10 year old through the window. Management told the mother she doesn’t think the daughter was a target and it’s her fault based off the swimsuit she wears at the pool. This isn’t the 50’s your outfit doesn’t give anyone the right to invade someone’s privacy. As a women management should be ashamed.
I love living here. Been here almost two years now and never had a problem. If I needed anything at all they were always quick to help and get whatever I needed fixed the same day or next day. Neighbors are friendly. All in all great place to stay!

I really enjoy living here! Our unit overlooks the pool, so relaxing! Quiet facility with nice amenities and large bedrooms.

I live here as a current resident with my husband. The office staff worked miracles to help us move in and get us approved. Lacy and Jennifer in the office are very friendly and helpful! The day we moved in our air conditioner was on the brink. David and John, the maintenance guys stayed after hours on a Friday and had our air conditioner working with in the hour! I would not recommend anyone rent here. Good location and the maintenance crew are nice and helpful, but I have issues with how I was treated after I lived there many years and then moved. They will charge you for normal wear and tear on move out. And, the birds are a serious problem. Don't expect any peace and quiet.
