I am posting this 5 star review as a follow up review of a 1 star review I wrote 2 days ago. I definitely had the problem I reported in the 1 star review. Bad things happen and that is life. Bad Bad Bad customer service. They installed my A/C less than two years ago and now as a customer with an A/C not working they will not even return my call. Joanne said she would call and schedule someone for the next day....guess what..No call No repair and two additional calls to, of course, voice mail still not return calls. I even called Kyle who also did not return my call. Don't do it...you will be disappointed.
