Indian Rocks Heating and Cooling really Rocks! They we're great, they were prompt, gave me a quote and 2 days later I had my new A/C unit installed. It was a 15 seer American Standard which really cools my house down quickly and actually saves me about $100 a month on electricity. I would recommend them to anyone.
Indian Rocks Heating & Cooling is Cool by me I own several condos and I used Steve for each of them for over 12 years. He's honest, does great work and is reliable. I only live in Florida 8 months of the year and I know I can call him from anywhere and he'll help and get it fixed. Thanks... Dave.
I am posting this 5 star review as a follow up review of a 1 star review I wrote 2 days ago. I definitely had the problem I reported in the 1 star review. Bad things happen and that is life. Getting a resolution is sometimes difficult. I however want to report that the Owner of the company Steve reached out to me and thanked me for letting me know about this issue. Bad Bad Bad customer service. They installed my A/C less than two years ago and now as a customer with an A/C not working they will not even return my call. Joanne said she would call and schedule someone for the next day....guess what..No call No repair and two additional calls to, of course, voice mail still not return calls. I even called Kyle who also did not return my call. Don't do it...you will be disappointed.

Our AC unit finally broke down, we called a couple of local companies and choose Indian Rocks Heating & Cooling as they had a good price and turned up when they said. Im very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. Everythings running great and a look forward to a long hot cool summer now.
Was way overcharged by their technician.The problem was a start capacitor,a part that costs \$15.00 dollars. They charged me \$120.00 for it.ie I priced the part the next day at a local parts dealer.Buyer Beware....
