Very rude receptionist, she was rude to everyone who came in, myself included. She created her own chaos by not being prepared.
Don't read the bad reviews. The receptionist was very nice answered all my questions. The Nurse I believe her name was Kristin, was very nice, and the doctor Andrea listened to me and helped me out with my medical needs also a very nice person. In an out in less than 2 hours. Receptionist was cold and unfriendly, check-in QR code was not working, zero assistance or support to make an appointment.
I called on the phone to ask for pricing for some std testing... They told me 50 dollars. I wasted my gas driving there and they told me it was 300..... Can someone please explain to me what the hell is wrong with these people
