Urgent care in Vero Beach is closed without notifying insurance
Excellent staff, knowledgeable, Courteous, and perfect bedside manner. Front desk staff were helpful and managed to answer all my questions for self-pay since my insurance was out of network. I was given the option to stay and be seen here or go to another Urgent Care that could possibly be In-Network. I decided to seek services elsewhere.
DO NOT GO HERE. Rude and downright worthless older reception lady. Acted like I was bothering her. Said they'd call me, didn't even ask my name.
