Excellent staff and service! I felt very secure and relaxed that I was in the care of a great team of professionals. I will always go there if need be.
total mis-diagnosis - they assumed I had the flu and prescribed Tamiflu, 3 weeks my throat was still hurting and swollen, later I saw my regular Dr. and was tested for strep throat and was positive. I altually had both Step and Flu. All they needed to do was a a simple swab test and they never did one at Pointe West
I have been there tree times and service was excelent....good doctors and staff will make you feel better fast.
