The staff and Dr. Branson were most helpful. They were kind, professional and patient. I will return again.
I went to Point West Walk-in and the service was excellent. I waited 5 minutes to be seen and the entire staff were professional, courteous and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend them.
Tried to bring my mom in after a car accident only to have to deal with Gabrielle at the front desk. Wouldn’t take us without a claim number and refused to wait for us to get a claim number. Unfortunate we had to deal with Gabrielle and her attitude and lack of bedside matter. Awful when doctors and staff doesn’t want to help you.
