RecommendedWonderful customer service! I contacted Indian River Furniture after we became hooked on the Stressless chairs while visiting my brother in Ohio. We knew we wanted the chairs and contacted a couple of other stores in Ohio and Fl. When I contacted Steve, he was very straight forward and had what we wanted new in stock and offered us a fabulous deal and helped us also chose a new tv cabinet. We love Indian River Furniture, as they have always treated us great and we love their furniture.

I went in last weekend and bought two bar stools from the clearance corner, they only had one on display, but said they had one in the warehouse. When I went to pick the second one up they could not find it. Without any hesitation, they asked if they ordered a new one, but explained that I would have to wait and they were really sorry. They did not charge me an extra cent, did not question anything, just went above and beyond to make it right. I absolutely love the furniture at Indian River Furniture. Our sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. I have to say that the delivery men were awesome ... nice, friendly and quick.
Have bought several things over the years and always happy with them. This time a new mattress-after shopping at several stores, found it there and cheaper than even Sam's.
