Excellent quality furniture at competitive prices. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I give them 4 stars out of 5. The only reason I can't give 5 is due to a service/warranty issue. Our recliner seat cushion seemed to be sagging from the seat back. It took several calls and leaving multiple messages to finally get a service man out. it was finally resolved but took a long time happening.
Beautiful furniture! Andrea is the greatest! She helped us through the whole process of furnishing our new condo. She even arrived with the delivery truck and placed everything. Service with a smile! Thank you, Andrea.

we ordered a tv stand, coffee table, 2 end tables, dinning room table and chairs, everything came in perfect. We love all of it, sales people were great, delivery people were great

Loving my new entry table and lamps I bought at Indian River Furniture. I can’t wait until my custom family room sectional arrives in March. They have rooms and rooms of amazing design and my designer and sales associate was Steve. He’s the best.
If you want a store that’s attention to detail is terrible, this store is for you. They don’t care to get your purchases in a timely manner even when they screw up multiple times. If you have to shop here, never special order anything. You’ll get something wrong delivered and have to wait weeks, if not months, for it to be resolved. Customer service is not their focus, only your dollar.
