GREAT PLACE TO LIVE – I've lived here for 3+ years and it has to be the quietest place I've lived in yet. Even though there are 300 units here, you would never know it. You can hear a pin drop. Yes, management is very strict but you can see that this attitude works because it is VERY clean. Everyone here respects others' privacy and space. Can you imagine the chaos if management were lax? Our beautifully manicured lawns, and the new fountains in the ponds make it a delight to come home to after work.
DO NOT LIVE HERE – someone is viewing this reviews.. please note, DO NOT live in this complex. they will put out a fine on you for a very ridiclous things. such as; - if you have to work for 24 hours at a job and can't be at home to take the trash bin back to your garage. you will get a fine. - if you leave your recycle bin out during the wrong week, you will get a fine. - if you park at a visitor's spot for a couple of days, you will get a fine. even though, the spots are completely empty. -if the borad member doesn't like ... read more
Indian Ridge Condominiums – I moved from a home in Wakefield to Indian Ridge last November. I am just amazed how quiet it is. It's so nice to be able to take a walk without fear of being accosted or run over by cars. Very well lighted and It is very well kept too. The lawns are mowed all of the time and the sprinkling system is like no other. The water is taken from the ponds on the property. I'am very happy to have moved here.
