Absolutely no luxury apartment which they claim.
Quiet complex – There are many reasons I loved living here. First, it is extremely quiet. Mostly single professionals live in the area so there are no children running around, which is definitely a plus. I lived in the phase I apartments where heat is included with the rent, so you may find it will save you money. The laundry rooms are great and I had a beautiful view of the woods from my apartment. Far from luxury – Although the prices are decent and the location is very nice, these apartments are lacking in quite a few areas. I am NOT speaking of the newer "California Style" apartments nested just down the hill on this same campus, but of the 2 old main wood buildings, where most apt's are. The exterior is a rough gray-green primer-painted wood with old windows, and can scare away many tasteful tenants or guests. Secondly, the parking is always near-capacity of full.
