Due to this practice changing owners... customer service has went down the drain... The customer is not always right here.... We we're not treated properly by them... We were wrongfully charged fees! But this treatment was not necessary and made the customer feel bad and shamed. Threatening collections and hanging up was wrong...I feel bad that I talked so highly of this practice and recommend it. Now I will warn others to stay away!
