1. Our neighbor leaves garbage in hallways all the time. 2. Dog Feces are left all over the place. Walk through the community at 6:00 pm and it smells like a dog kennel. 3. Can not open our windows in summer. People do not pick up their dog waste so if we open our windows in summer we just smell urine and poop. 4. People throw water off their balcony. RecommendedIndian Oaks has been a great place to live. Very peaceful, even on the weekends. The management has been very attentive to our service requests and has done a good job.
My husband and I moved in about two months ago we are both handicap, the office staff, maintenance staff, and the landscaping staff have been so helpful in assisting us with whatever needs we may need. I am so grateful that we moved here.
I have lived at Indian oaks apartments for a little over a year now. When our lease renewal came up we were so excited. My roommates and I love living here. It’s quiet, safe, and everyone in the community is friendly!
Dis- ROYAL CHEAT ESTATES!!! DONT EVERRR SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEm!! They ROB and LIE TO PEOPLE!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. They look like beautiful castles but they really bait you in whatever your situation is to trap people in so they can steal from you and possibly even ruin your credit and reputation in court. When we first moved (October ,2018) the WONDERFUL property manager Sonia ******* was incredibly nice and helpful. I had told her my husband I and had pets and sometimes we took in some rescues until we found a home. She had no issues with it... I would always email Sonia if i had questions or any issues.... fast forward to March, we had a problem with the resident portal and they ended up taking out rent twice..... I’d like to leave a complaint regarding this apartment complex. The Trails, managed under Hawthorne Residential Partners in Nashville, TN, is the most unprofessional apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. I’ve lived there over a year now & have been dealing with roaches the entire time. They have pest control included in the rental agreement which you have to stop by the office & request come out once per week. It’s hit or miss if they even show up.
