Taylor was awesome. No nonsense, no hassle, and still got a really good deal on a used bike for a first time rider. Answered all our questions and was super accommodating. Thank you so much for helping us, even though it had to be frustrating dealing with our indecisiveness. I would recommend giving them a look while shopping for a bike.
Indian Motorcycle of Wichita earns every star. Brad and Taylor on the sales side know their product, skip the pressure tactics, and let the bikes speak for themselves. Kiel and Nathan in service are equally solid — competent, communicative, and they treat your machine like their own. From walking in the door to riding out, the whole experience is what buying a motorcycle should be. Hard to find a dealership that gets it right across the board. These guys do.
Brad at Indian Motorcycles of Wichita made my out of state buying process a breeze. I was basically able to buy a new bike and trade in my old bike over email. Once I got down to Wichita, the rest of the team was great. I was in and out with my new bike and back on the road.
