RecommendedBest customer service in all my years. Only left HD because the local service department had a couple knuckle draggers that made getting service there painful. I went to Savannah Indian and never looked back.

Worst dealership ive ever dealt with. Was treated very poorly, and was lied to. When I told them I wanted the money I put down on a bike back they lied to me and told me that they could only give me store credit. I had to threaten to sue them to get my money back. You’re much better off going to the Harley dealership right across the road. You’ll find better bikes, and better service

I rode 300 miles to buy a Indian Roadmaster from them and due to a miscommunication they sold the bike 30 minutes before I arrived. Needless to say I was a little upset. Bob the owner was very understanding and apologetic and we talked for awhile and he said he would buy me an Indian from the auctions. we set down at his desk and he looked at what was coming up for auction. we found a blue diamon color one and he had to do some juggling to get it bought but he got it done and at a very good price.
