I called the Indian service department over the course of several days, left multiple voicemails requesting a callback, and unfortunately never received a response. Eventually, I gave up and decided to have someone else work on my bike, though I still needed a few parts. I then contacted the parts department and was told they were busy but would call me right back. Unfortunately, I never received a callback from them either. Got a rear tire put on and have an appointment for the front excellent service all around. I first dealt with Samuel and he pointed me in the right directions which I appreciate. Then worked with Jarrett and he made sure my tire install was quick and done right and even helped me with some warranty work on my Indian challenger.
Road from Virginia to Arizona realized my oil change was not going to get me back home. The staff got me in for an oil change with no worries I’m for ever grateful!!!!
Ian Martin was great to work with throughout the process of getting me into the bike that I’ve been wanting to ride! Along with Mike! Great place to come and look at some bikes if your interested in getting a bike 🤙🏼
