People were friendly and easy to interact with.
I drove all the way from Mesa just to work with the folks at Ride Now Peoria! It was well worth the drive, everybody I interacted with from the sales floor, to parts, and to managers were awesome! My salesman Jaden was great and made the process super easy. I spent time with the parts department getting all of my gear picked out and tried on which was great. I came in prepared for what I wanted and they had it set aside ready to go for me. Definitely recommend the Peoria location for your Powersports needs, ask for Jaden!
Wanted to have a Polaris shipped to California but it has been 6 weeks since I signed the first round of paperwork and I still haven’t received the machine. One excuse after another from multiple people on what has been happening. Dealing with this situation has easily been the worst experience I’ve had purchasing something
