Best Motorcycle shop I have ever been to. Gar was upfront and very helpful in the purchase of my 2020 Roadmaster Darkhorse which I road home from Toledo to Columbus today. What an absolute dream that bike is to ride. Put 220 miles on her today with the wife. She loves it! If you are thinking about buying, these guys at Indian of Toledo are great to deal with.

So I visited the Indian motorcycle shop because I was thinking about changing it up next spring. Well to be honest I stand by Harley still after my experience today. No one greeted me, no one came up to me to say hi. Nothing I walked around the shop for 20 mins finally I walked to the door and figured someone would stop me but nope. No wonder H-D has a great reputation for customer service.
Had by far the best vehicle purchasing experience at Indian of Toledo with Tyler. He worked to get us a great deal, provide great information, and to assist with questions even days after the deal was done. They stayed open late because we couldn't get to the dealership on time. All in all a wonderful experience, I highly recommend!!
