Nothing I write is going to sound believable. However, I genuinely love Dennis' team at Indian of Springfield. I've started writing this review three times already... trying to point out the highlights of each person... however it's impossible. These guys are the best. I travel two hours to get to Indian of Springfield because of the customer service and knowledgeable staff. They only sell Indian and have generations of experience with Indian motorcycles. The staff treat me as family and genuinely care about me and my bike. I have never been disappointed with any dealings with them. I have to give a big shout out to Dave, the service manager and Dennis, the owner. Both great guys.

Great bike, but worst buying experience of my life! Countless issues with the paperwork were met with nothing but excuses. I even drove to Pennsylvania to register it in my home state, only to find they didn’t fill it out correctly. After picking the bike up, I found two minor blemishes that I asked to be taken care of when I brought it back for the first service.
