Recommendedjust had my 2017 Chieftain in for the rear brake light staying on all the time. Dave figured out the problem quickly and got me back riding in short order. Love this dealership, great service with great people!
Went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Met Dave on the showroom floor, he’s pleasantly nice. Dave and I went on a test ride, I rode the 2019 Chieftain Dark Horse. Fell in love but wanted a the big bore so he helped me through the purchasing process without any issues. Rest of the staff was cool, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I met a rider named Rusty, he was in for routine maintenance. A cool fellow that shared good knowledge. Overall it was good experience.
Indian has the best bikes, and this is the best Indian dealership.

Recently purchased 2018 Chieftain Classic, first visit to the shop I spoke with Ed, gave me a lot to think about and I waited. about a week later went back in, unfortunately Ed was out of town for a convention, so I had the please of working with Megan, Gia, and Shelly. not one interaction here has been bad and everyone is kind and welcoming, more than glad I decided I. Indian and not the other guys. in my personal opinion you can not go wrong here.
Dealership and people were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. When I needed the bike shipped across the country they handled everything. They've even been there helping after the sale. Highly reccomend.
I was really hoping for a good experience being this dealership is local and convenient but unfortunately it was not what I had expected. It was most definitely a nice clean facility however I had some basic parts installed and the work was very sloppy. In addition to the work being sloppy they actually lost one of the accessories after removing it to perform the work and never reinstalled it and then lost the part?!.
