Special shout out to Joe at Indian Motorcycles of OKC! Had a rogue stick in the road attack my Chieftain and knock out the kickstand sensor leaving me stranded around Classen and 33rd. Called the shop to see if there was a way to bypass the sensor so I could get back on the road. Instead, Joe rode over and got me going again. Service above and beyond the call of duty! And that's not the first time I have received outstanding customer service from these folks. Great dealership with nicest people you would ever want to meet.
I just stopped in to do a little dreaming and i got the royal treatment and tour of all the beautiful bikes. Family business and they treat you like family. I will definitely be back when im ready to pull back on the throttle on a new ride
I was on a cross county trip when my Indian Chief Vintage started leaking oil. We visited the dealership and I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. They are very busy this time of year but they went above and beyond to quickly fix the bike to the point where I would be able to continue the trip, including cleaning the bike and giving me some useful details about the bike in general.It is a family business and it shows. The whole place is amazing. The showroom is great, the shop is clean and organized and the staff is absolutely the best in the business. Scott, Angela and everybody go above and beyond the norm to satisfy a customer. Love my Dark Horse and can't wait till next year when I trade it in on a new one!
