Saw a bike online, called the store where they not only answered all my questions but answered some I didn't think about. Got to the store where I tested the bike and got the best treatment that I have gotten anywhere. Sales was no pressure just there to help, Managers were funny and personable! I will be back!
This dealership and especially the general manager, Peter Fitzpatrick, went above and beyond in their customer service. We are on a cross-country ride and one of the guys on a Pursuit was sidelined by a pothole. The part was on a national back order with an unknow ETA of availability stranding our rider indefinitely. Fortunately, Mr Fitzpatrick stepped in and through incredible efforts was able to get a replacement part from the factory overnighted.
