Real bad experience. My Son had service done and the parts fell off on highway on way home. Worse is the attitude of the service manager Wilson. He has no concept of customer service. He’s extremely dismissive. He did agree to refund the labor and parts. We did not want them to touch the bike again. They shipped the parts but critical parts were still missing from delivery. Called them back and the guy Wilson just hangs up. Be forewarned.

I've been a biker since 1984 and i have to say this was my very best experience on purchase of a motorcycle. This is bike #4 for me at my young age of 66...:). Kenny my salesman and rest of the employees at Indian Motorcycles of Mineola were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. Service, upgrades and delivery of my bike was outstanding, I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Motorcycling
Just puchased a new Can Am Spyder. Kenny, Eric and the entire crew are SO helpful. This is my third bike from them. They are always upfront and fair. An excellent dealership!!
