I'm giving 4 stars because it's a beautiful shop, lots of bikes, the list prices were reasonable,, but we were there for a 1/2 hour looking and nobody approached us or even said hi. It was Saturday, but come on guys how many deals do you lose if you don't at least acknowledge your customers. Hire a door guy or gal that's watching for customer's like us. Bought my Indian Roadmaster from Indian Motorcycle of Auburn back in March of 2015. Spike and Craig were great--had a couple of warranty issues come up after the sale and once again they were great to deal with. I recommend them and Indian Motorcycle of Auburn without reservation.
