Great group of sales and service guy’s working there. Alex and Eric were the ones that was helping me. I didn’t feel any pressure on purchasing my first bike there. Answered all the questions I ask and when they weren’t sure they didn’t just throw out any answer and got back with me on it. Dan was the service guy that was helping me with the new/used bike I purchased and though one of the fork seal was bad a day after I brought it home. Dan took care of me and updated me of all the progress.

They advertised a bike online for $14,500 and then when I went there for the 2nd time trying to finalize a deal they want to add another $550 because it wasnt "cleaned up or checked out by the shop yet" and then they needed another $599 for document fees. You can make up your own opinion about whether that is fair and honest. The HD dealer across the highway has a bad reputation for doing similar stuff.
