This place is 5 stars services. I broke down about 10 miles from the dealership then send a trailer to pick ylme up on the side of the road. Jack was amazing, he had me back on the road in no time. Thank you to Jack and his crew.
I was stationed in North Carolina in 2017 and my wife worked with Herwaldt to get me a 2018 BMW S1000RR shipped from Fresno to North Carolina. I came home surprised to see my new bike. I’ve had it serviced only at BMW dealerships in North Carolina, Hawaii, and San Diego. I finally had it serviced at Herwaldt where I needed an oil change and a new chain and sprockets.
