While Dr. Carter is pleasant with my son, she doesn't seem too interested in being bothered by longer questions or concerns and they are closed after 12pm on fridays, and never have weekend hours and the doctor is never available for call outside of office hours. Now while I could deal with a quick but good experience at each visit and the sacrifice of help being available beyond mon - thurs. We love Dr. Carter! I'm very glad we found her. She is very thorough and knowledgeable about any health issues that arise. She is the best pediatrician in town hands down. I must admit that the lady at front desk is incredibly rude and is out of place at such an establishment. I dread having to call the office for any reason, but Dr. Carter is so amazing I try to overlook her annoyance with patients.
