Have tried to get hold of a manager for a month. Was told she was on maternity leave and that the district manager was very busy. Apparently too busy to make a single phone call in over a month to discuss several problems with the treatment of a disabled veteran. Veterans stay away as you may be scammed!
I had 4 extractions done here and the staff was professional, courteous and friendly thru the entire process. When we had an issue with "Cigna" (who now calls themselves "Health Spring") the staff stayed with it and did their very best to resolve things despite the system that Cigna has set up to stonewall their customers. I would recommend Dr. Miller and "ILDC" to anyone.
